The Schwarz IT department is seeking a Team Leader to coordinate and design ServiceNow platform functions, advise on cross-platform central functions, and ensure quality assurance and compliance.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or comparable field
- First-hand experience in leading teams or interest in leading
- Demonstrated practical experience in consulting, conception, and agile working methods (SCRUM)
- Technical understanding for integrations in ServiceNow
- Solid knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes
