Team Manager- Design and Marketing

As Team Manager in Ramboll, we invite you to bring your excellence and enthusiasm for structure and processes to help build and enhance our four teams working with Brand, Design, and Marketing at our Chennai office. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating four multidisciplinary teams with approx. 30 team members, fostering collaboration and breaking down silos.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, project management, with a possible specialty within brand and/or marketing and/or communication
• 5-10 years of work experience as a manager, including 5+ years from international delivery centers and preferably experience with offshoring
• Excellent English writing and communication skills, strong experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), and good experience with systems like ServiceNow, PM-systems (e.g., MS Projects)
