GXO is seeking a Tech II, Deskside Support, 2nd Shift Technician to support and troubleshoot end-user environments. This role involves resolving technical issues, managing workloads, and providing support to end users via various communication channels. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience supporting end-user equipment and telephony equipment
- Experience installing, troubleshooting, building, and deploying desktop computers in a warehouse or supply chain environment
- Experience with Linux/Ubuntu Desktop
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Experience with various warehouse tools: RF Devices, Zebra Label printers.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
