Telefónica Tech is seeking a Tech Technical Business Support to join their Cloud Services Operations unit. The successful candidate will support the management change teams in the change offices, manage access to different tools and applications, and prepare various reports related to applications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing change offices
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting energy sector applications
  • 2+ years of experience as an SAP systems operator
  • Bachelor's degree in IT in Administration of Computer Systems in Network or related field
  • Knowledge of SAP PI/BO/ERP, file services (FTP, SAMBA), active directory, incident management tools (ServiceNow, BMC, Jira), and event and event management tools (Zabbix, Nagios, OBM, ServiceNow)
