Technical Architect, Professional Services

Workato transforms technology complexity into business opportunity. We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect to join our Professional Services team. This role plays an integral role in guiding our customers on automation best practices, architecture patterns, governance processes, and helping them scale their automation practice through initial and expansion services engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or in a related field.
• 5+ years of technology transformation consulting, including implementation experience with one or more common integration or middleware solutions and/or API management solutions
• Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success in the following domains: front-end and back-end solution architecture, enterprise architecture, development, and test/release management strategies, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs
