ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to build and maintain AI-powered utilities and light-weight agents for Sales reporting and analytics. The role involves data preparation, AI agent prototyping, and working closely with the Data Technology organization to align AI agent work with the company's AI Agent Build Framework. Experience supporting a sales organization and experience with AI/ML applications is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Build and maintain scripts for data processing.
- Design and prototype AI agents.
- Convert data into LLM-optimized formats.
- Contribute to ETL + quality checks.
- Partner with the Data Technology org.
Requirements Summary
1-3 yrs experience in data/analytics engineering or ML/AI. Solid Python & SQL skills, exposure to AI, and familiarity with Snowflake/BI platforms are needed. Growth mindset and attention to detail are key
