Technical Business Analyst

Scotiabank is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the implementation of a Scalable Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Controls (GRC) platform. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, designing workflows, conducting assessments, defining future state, and driving project management activities. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
• Experience in the highly regulated Global Risk & Controls (GRC) sector/domain for systems implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow IRM, IBM OpenPages, or similar.
• Proven experience working on technology migration or transformation projects.
• Experience with project governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
