Requirements

• Extensive experience with enterprise systems, databases, cloud technologies, and integration frameworks.
• Strong command of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java).
• Deep understanding of business processes, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
• Ability to assess complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and implement with precision.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for monitoring, reporting, and workflow management.
• Experience in classifying and categorizing incidents into system problems, enhancements, or user errors.
• Ability to interpret and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
