The role involves coordinating CoE operations, managing dependencies, and ensuring the delivery of autonomous solutions across engineering, platform, and product teams. The CoE Program Manager will accelerate the adoption of AI-powered solutions and improve the customer experience and renewal outcomes. Requirements

  • 10+ years running CoE’s, large programs
  • TPM/Program experience with the ServiceNow platform/AI/automation preferred
  • Master connector and action-driver with exceptional communication, PMO tooling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with enterprise-scale programs at large complex orgs
  • Strong governance and risk management expertise
  • AI literacy and familiarity with autonomous agent frameworks
  • Exceptional communication skills, PMO tooling mastery, and stakeholder management.
