ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Consultant - CRM to configure ServiceNow Platform based on leading practices and provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for participating in workshops with customers, designing and delivering ServiceNow CRM solutions, and providing oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
  • Industry domain expertise in CRM
  • Creative with comfort running projects independently
  • Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
  • Experience working collaboratively
  • ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
  • Native level in Japanese
  • Must be authorized to work in Japan
