The Customer Outcomes Senior Technical Consultant is responsible configuring ServiceNow Platform (Creator Workflow and Platform) to achieve customer outcomes. Participate in workshops, design and deliver ServiceNow solutions, and provide technical expertise in customer engagements.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 8+ years experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
- Must be fluent in Japanese
- Must be authorized to work in Japan
