We are seeking a Technical Consultant Senior- ServiceNow to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements
- Assist in the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules
- Experience in working on ServiceNow Platform Upgrades and Cloning
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance
- Develop and configure ServiceNow components
- Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions
