Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills
- ServiceNow Certifications and CSA required
- TSM specialisation - understanding and experience of ITIL best practice, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design and SIAM
- Knowledge and certification of any other modules
- Ability to configure Catalogue Items and design/brand the Employee Service Centre to medium complexity
- Previous implementation project experience
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
