The Technical Lead - L1 role involves supporting process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. The role requires overseeing process delivery, reviewing performance dashboards, and resolving client queries as per SLAs. The Technical Lead will also develop understanding of process/product for team members, document and analyze call logs, and identify red flags to escalate serious client issues.
