This role is for a Technical Lead-ServiceNow Developer-ITSM, primarily within the ServiceNow Platform. The lead will be responsible for configuring and customizing Service Now systems, building workflows, integrations, and automation tasks. Experience with ITSM certification and relevant skills are required. ServiceNow development, Integration skills, and business requirements gathering are key responsibilities.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Developer with ITSM and other modules (ITAM/ITOM, SPM, PPM, Shell Scripting)
- 6+ years of experience
- ITSM Certifications is mandatory
- ServiceNow experience (configuration, customization, integration, automation)
- Experience in design, building, and maintaining Service Now Integrations
- Experience in Service Now development and building workflows
