We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives and implement a new enterprise-wide IT and HR ticketing platform using ServiceNow. As a leader within the Global Technology organization, you'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical project management experience
- Experience working with ServiceNow or other large-scale ITSM platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid teams
- Experience working with Jira
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
