Requirements

  • Lead, develop and manage projects and programs across business units that align with organizational goals.
  • Utilize effective program management skills and tools to drive project delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Customer Support, Professional Services, Infrastructure (IT), Legal, and business units to ensure milestone achievement while providing a positive customer experience.
  • Drive communication to ensure stakeholders understand the current state, the most pressing priorities, and the impact on the business.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with cross-functional teams to implement appropriate controls and mitigations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes through automation and appropriate use of technology.
  • Monitor, report, and present program performance, compliance status, and risk metrics to senior leadership.
