Harmonia Holdings Group is seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead a team of System Administrators and Engineers, focusing on optimizing IT operations and ensuring continuous improvement. The role involves strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and serving as the primary liaison between IT teams and government leadership. This position is key in delivering high-quality IT infrastructure and system administration services.

Requirements

  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field is required, Engineering or IT Management degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure is required.
  • Minimum of 4 or more years leading or supervising technical teams is required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent project/product management certification is required.
  • ITIL certification preferred.
  • Strong experience with ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional on-call support.
