This role focuses on developing and deploying ServiceNow solutions for a customer within the IN region. The Technical Specialist-Cloud & Infra Engg will be responsible for understanding customer needs, designing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, creating user stories, and leading a global team to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, cloud infrastructure, and integration with external systems is required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Expertise in understanding customer business needs and for technical development.
- Experience in ITSM, HRSD and Portal development and design
- Experience in tracking work items and reporting progress
- Strong experience in configuration of IT Service Mgmt.
- Experience in creating Technical (LLD) Design Documents
- Strong development experience in ServiceNow (REST/SOAP Webservices, java scripting etc.)
- Experience in configuring CMDB, Asset Mgmt.
- Experience in creating ServiceNow Reports and performance analytics
- Experience in creating custom processes and integrations
- Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow Implementation Certified – ITSM, HRSD
