Provide technical support for server, network, and system incidents, and troubleshoot hardware and OS-level issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or Infrastructure operations.
  • Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of server operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Basic understanding of networking principles and device configurations.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and escalate issues appropriately.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, 1-3 years of IT support experience, and certifications in CompTIA A+ and Network+
