The Technical Support position provides first and second-level support for server, network, and system incidents. This role involves monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, coordinating vendor support, and documenting resolutions. IT support will ensure timely resolution of service requests and incidents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or Infrastructure operations.
  • Working knowledge of server operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Basic understanding of networking principles and device configurations.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and IT ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and escalate issues appropriately.

Requirements Summary
