NEXT is a rapidly growing retail company focused on creating and maintaining its own In-Store Trading System. They are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide 2nd and 1st line technical support to both internal Service Desk and customers. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving issues, and supporting new store openings, as well as transitioning to the cloud-based systems.

Requirements

  • 1st or 2nd line support experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Troubleshooting of systems, including bespoke software, operating systems, and databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Windows Server, SQL, PowerShell, and Azure Cloud.
  • Experience with SCCM, SOTI MobiControl, or ServiceNow (preferred).
