We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide first-level technical support of computer software and hardware products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Windows environment, MS Office products, and ticketing systems. They will work remotely from home and will be required to work from the client location in Kansas City, KS for training and occasional visits to the office.
