ScotiaTech is seeking a Technical Support Analyst for its new Technology hub in Bogota, Colombia. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of global systems, responding to customer issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The position requires a customer-focused approach and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2-5 years of technical or operations experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Knowledge of workload automation tools (CA7, Autosys, Sysadmiral, Control M, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of endevor, data management, problem and change management, TSO/CLLISTS, ACF, BUNDL, APCDOC, JCL, AIX and ServiceNow platforms
