ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - UX to resolve technical cases created by customers looking for help with the ServiceNow software and platform. The successful candidate will be committed to providing amazing customer support experiences, using skills such as building trust, showing empathy and excellent communication to answer customer questions and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years customer facing technical support experience
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Hands-on experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, REACT, Java, MySQL, XML, Angular JS, Ajax
  • Ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues with ease and complexity
  • Ability to read Java/JavaScript code
  • Personal commitment to quality and customer service
