ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - UX to resolve technical cases created by customers. The successful candidate will be committed to providing amazing customer support experiences and will have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 0-2+ years customer facing technical support experience
  • Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
  • Hands-on experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, REACT, Java, MySQL, XML, Angular JS, Ajax
