The Technical Support Engineer - UX will resolve technical cases for customers, provide amazing customer support experiences, and play a key role in providing input across business units regarding process and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 0-2+ years customer facing technical support experience
  • Hands-on experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, REACT, Java, MySQL, XML, Angular JS, Ajax
