The role involves resolving technical cases using various technologies, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with internal teams. The position requires a strong background in authentication systems, email infrastructure, web services, and networking, and a passion for troubleshooting complex systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
  • LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, or other authentication systems
  • Email Infrastructure (e.g. Exchange, Office 365, Postfix)
  • Web Services (consuming or providing) (SOAP, REST)
  • Experience with Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC)
