ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Support Infrastructure Engineer to help customers troubleshoot technical issues with their ServiceNow software and platform. The role involves resolving technical questions, building trust and empathy, and collaborating with other teams to improve processes and product offerings. The successful candidate will need strong problem-solving and communication skills, particularly in troubleshooting complex issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
- Ability to comprehend, modify server-side object-oriented JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and Powershell
- Ability to administer server OS platforms across Windows/Unix
- Understanding of SNMP, WMI, PowerShell, and APIs
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and debugging
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
