We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Officer to support our business in Sydney CBD, providing exceptional customer service and resolving IT issues. The role involves providing hardware and software support, making recommendations on upgrades, and building the IT brand via local delivery of customer-facing technology initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at Level 2-3 helpdesk
  • Familiarity with Windows 11, MS Office 365, Citrix, Azure, Audio and Visual (conferencing), SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow
