We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site support for users, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain asset management processes. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of on-site technical support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of on-site technical support experience or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows (90%) and Mac (10%) operating systems
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system and asset management
  • Basic networking knowledge (cable tracing, troubleshooting)
