Albemarle is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to work as Business Process Mining Analyst using Celonis. This role involves implementing, scaling, and optimizing business process mining (BPM) initiatives to drive operational impact and accelerate time to value. The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to extract insights from process data and design data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand operational goals and translate them into actionable Celonis use cases.
- Identify and integrate data sources and develop performant SQL queries.
- Connect Celonis with on-premise and cloud-based systems like SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow.
- Extract, transform, and load data into the Celonis platform.

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in related field. 3+ years of Celonis experience. 5+ years in business intelligence/data engineering. Strong SQL/PQL skills
