As a ServiceNow Technology Analyst, you will assist in evaluating and implementing innovative technology solutions, conduct in-depth data analysis, and independently troubleshoot technical issues. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, ServiceNow configuration, and strong analytical acumen.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of data structures, reporting/analytics, and ServiceNow configuration
  • Broad Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and capabilities
  • Strong analytic acumen and problem solving
  • Solid understanding of reporting tools, including but not limited to ServiceNow Reporting Tools
  • Ability to effectively and concisely document and deliver moderate to high complexity technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong skills in designing and executing Testing and Testing Plans for advanced technology solutions
  • Ability to provide formal and informal guidance to lower-level team members
  • Experience with designing and building low to moderate complexity reports and dashboards
  • Moderate knowledge of SAP and data automation
  • Participated in Technology or IT project team(s) responsibility for large scale enhancements or new system implementations

Requirements Summary
