ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead hands-on implementation of ServiceNow solutions across IT, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and FSM modules. The role involves working directly with clients, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders. ServiceNow is a global market leader and a leading cloud-based platform for AI-enhanced technology.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
  • Proven field consulting experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD or FSM
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes
  • Experience with authentication methods (SSO, SAML), LDAP, and integration middleware
  • Familiarity with industry-specific workflows and challenges

Requirements Summary

4+ years ServiceNow experience, ITSM/CSM/HRSD exp, ITIL knowledge, strong understanding of process mgmt. CS and CAD certification req
