Requirements

• 5-7 years of ITSM Consulting experience with exposure to ITSM Tool (ServiceNow / JIRA / Manage Engine, BMC Remedy etc.,) design and implementation project experience
• ITIL v4 foundation certification or higher
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline
