We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The chosen individual will deliver innovative solutions involving ServiceNow and work with clients to understand their business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT leadership and/or ITSM Product lead architect role
- Implemented at least 2 end-end ServiceNow programs that are strategic in nature
- Expert level understanding of client and server APIs
- Expert level understanding of Java JAR development for the ServiceNow MID Server
- In-depth understanding and hands-on application of Service Management business processes
