This Technology Operations & AIOps Consultant role focuses on ensuring visibility into critical infrastructure and applications through monitoring, alerting, and automation. The role involves evaluating existing tools, implementing AIOps capabilities, and developing automation playbooks, leveraging tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow. Key responsibilities include building dashboards, streamlining incident management processes, and aligning operations with ITOM best practices.
Requirements
- Evaluate legacy monitoring and alerting tools.
- Recommend and integrate a unified observability stack.
- Develop automation playbooks for incident types.
- Deploy logs, metrics, and traces using Elastic Stack and Dynatrace.
- Build dashboards in Grafana, Dynatrace, and ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Redesign and automate event management processes.
- Ensure SLOs, MTTR/MTTD benchmarks.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor’s in IT or related field. 8-12 years IT operations experience. 3-5 years AIOps and automation. Strong Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow skills
