This contract role is focused on strategic transformation and implementation of a CCC (Customer Communications & Control) program. The consultant will assess current operations, define a future-state operating model, and align technologies and processes with business objectives. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, change management, and leveraging data to drive adoption.
Requirements
- Assess current CCC operations using maturity models (ITIL 4, Gartner, CMMI)
- Develop a detailed transformation roadmap
- Design a future-state CCC operating model
- Align use of platforms (Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Grafana)
- Define governance processes and operational rhythms
- Manage change communications and adoption plans
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. 10-15 years in digital transformation or operational strategy. Experience designing/managing command/ops center models
