KPMG is seeking a Technology Services Consultant to serve as the 'face of IT', focusing on customer service and innovation within the company's digital and data strategy. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, managing laptop stock, and engaging with users on floor, ensuring efficient and timely support. It's a 6-month contract position with an emphasis on detail, accuracy, and communication.

Requirements

  • Strong customer and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution
  • Knowledge in ITIL practices, and preferred certification in ITIL 3 or 4
  • Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, as well as decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
  • Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting
