As a Technology Site Specialist at Fortescue, you will be responsible for providing ongoing IT support for multiple sites and camps in the Pilbara region, including executing work orders, creating support documentation, and managing technology queries. You will work autonomously and be accountable for site technology, including desktops, servers, networking, and software queries.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of IT operational experience
- Standard office applications, operating systems, and networking
- Cisco and Ubiquiti Technologies
- Mining Operations Technology, ServiceNow, SAP, and Communication Networks
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, or related experience
- Certification in ITIL, Microsoft, Customer Service Certification (highly desirable)
- Australian C class (Manual) driver’s license
- Working at Heights, and First Aid training (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and Asset Management (desirable)
