Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 20+ years of experience in IT and business transformation, including extensive engagements across Europe
- 10+ years of proven success in transformation leadership, sales enablement, and ServiceNow solution implementations
- Strong understanding of global delivery models and cross-cultural team management
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
