We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on customer requirements, develop knowledge on telecommunications markets, products, sales, delivery, and operations, and configure the CSG CPQ and Order Management system.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience as a business analyst
- Product catalog, CPQ, and Order management experience
- Experience working as a vendor
- Hands-on experience with configuration-driven systems (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Siebel, etc.)
- English Proficiency in a business environment
