Theater Support Lead, SMEJob Category: Engineering and Technical SupportTime Type: Full time. The opportunity is to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, FL. This position is contingent upon award. The position will oversee and optimize the delivery requirements of the SCITES 2 contract.

Requirements

  • US citizen with active Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 8-12 years of experience in IT Services Support Operations
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification
  • Demonstrated Leadership as a technical leader
  • Experience organizing, directing and implementing contract activities for various concurrent projects in multiple countries
  • Successful track record within DoD operations, IT help desk, systems administration, network installation, facilities management, logistics inventory management, and movement
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience in a large, distributed IT enterprise
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles
