This role involves providing tiered support for hardware, software, and cloud systems, including end-user support, documentation, and escalation. The specialist will also manage endpoint devices, manage Active Directory, and provide solid support for virtual meetings and events. They are looking for someone with strong Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and Active Directory experience and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Tier 2 or advanced technical support experience
  • Proficient in troubleshooting across cloud, software, hardware, network, and endpoint systems
  • Skilled in Active Directory and Entra ID management
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills
