Requirements
- Experiencie Monitoring of Windows and Linux OS environments
- Basic SAP system monitoring and alert interpretation
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket documentation
- Understanding of job scheduling tools (e.g., Redwood, Control-M, cron)
- Basic troubleshooting using predefined run books
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for log and alert checks
- Exposure to cloud monitoring (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and incident management
