Tools Consultant - L1 job description: design, develop, and maintain workflows in BMC TrueSight Orchestration, integrate with tools such as Remedy ITSM, True Sight, ServiceNow, and others, collaborate with service delivery, infrastructure, and support teams, and ensure orchestration environments are secure, scalable, and performing optimally.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with BMC Truesight Orchestrator (AO)/Helix Orchestration
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JavaScript, and shell scripting
- Experience developing custom modules and adapters
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and automation use cases
