TRG is looking for 3 Onsite L1 technicians in Mercedes-Vans team in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The role involves receiving and resolving IT incidents, working in a team, and having good communication skills.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support (Service Desk or Helpdesk)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of IT in industrial environment
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
