Telefónica Tech is looking for a TTech ADMINISTRADOR POOL N2 to join their team in Bogota, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have experience in networks and security, with certifications such as CCSA or PCNSA. The role involves attending and managing incidents and client requests with perimeter security devices, as well as meeting with the coordination team and executing reports.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Networks and security with certifications that attest to it
- Experience in dealing with clients and commercial areas
- Experience in firmware upgrades and change management
- Experience in working outside of hours
- Middle or Higher Level Vocational Training in telecommunications, computer science or similar
- CCSA or PCNSA or NSE4 certifications
- Desirable: CCSE or PCNSE or NSE7
- English B2
