UAT Lead Support Engineer plus Business Analyst - FISERV Database Migration

Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a UAT Lead Support Engineer and Business Analyst to support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of a large-scale FISERV database migration program. The role involves managing and triaging user-reported issues, analyzing root causes, and ensuring seamless communication between technical and business teams. This hybrid role will be responsible for coordinating data engineering and vendor teams and will be crucial for efficient issue resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UAT coordination, production support, or business analysis, preferably in large-scale data migration or data integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT concepts, and the data lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing ticketing workflows using tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with FISERV systems and banking data, or experience working with financial services vendors is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
