UI/UX Designer - A25115

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is a leading technology consultancy seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to support ServiceNow projects, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly workflows.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio that showcases the UX design process and shipped products
• Proficiency in user-centred design (UCD) principles and methodologies, including user research, persona creation, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Experience supporting UI component libraries, extending them, or maintaining them
• Experienced in designing and prototyping in Figma or similar tools
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders
• Experience designing for e-Government initiatives, citizen engagement platforms, or public service delivery systems is a plus
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in UI/UX or interaction design
