User Access Management (UAM) Process and Operational Support is a temporary remote position available ASAP until 31.12.2025, focusing on day-to-day operational support for the UAM onboarding process and assisting with VDI onboarding tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in administrative support or project coordination, preferably in IT environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured processes independently
- Familiarity with UAM lifecycle, SharePoint, Workday, and VDI onboarding processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Teams; knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
- Ability to identify common submission errors and act accordingly
- Fluency in English
- Candidates must declare a clear criminal record issued no earlier than 3 months prior to the start date
